PM Kulbergs says total Russian grain ban is not possible
It is currently not possible for Latvia to impose a planned 300% increase in railway infrastructure usage fees for Russian grain transit or to ban it altogether, Prime Minister Andris Kulbergs (United List) stated on Tuesday after a government meeting.
