Many voters said yes to United List, no to its candidates

When you vote in Latvian elections, you not only select a party, but you have the option to mark 'for' or 'against' specific candidates to move them 'up' or 'down' their respective list. PM Andris Kulbergs (United List) received the most upvotes in the 15th Saeima elections, but the 'most downvoted' list is also nearly exclusively made up of his party members, Latvian Television reported on October 5.
